Yes, they are. Even though there is a course that teaches you the seven basic steps to master any meditation technique, my listed meditations and other resources are guided and completely free to watch and participate in over and over, whenever you need.
Technically, no. During our coaching sessions, should you choose to get help on your journey, I might recommend some of my resources to work with on your own between sessions. Obviously, depending on what we work on in a session, we might also utilize some of the things you will find in the resources.
Coaching works with what is relevant in the moment. You choose your resources for self-exploration & learning the same way.
The free meditations will help you calm your nervous system, which has been trained to be on high alert during and long after abuse; that is the reason we attract similarly abusive situations. The meditations and tapping practices, mantras, and other exercises I share will help you to learn how to regulate yoru nervous system.
The book From the Blues to Bliss will help you recognize patterns and give you assistence to safely shift your situation towards a healthier one. You can download it as a Kindle from Amazon or get the PDF version from my online store.

Yes, you can. In fact, no matter what your belief system is, the resources will be able to help you move forward.
In my vocabulary, I use terminology interchangably. In my coaching, I adapt to your personal belief system to make you as comfortable as possible and decrease resistence to what is important - your healing journey.
If you struggle with some words I use, try to simply override them with your terminology: use "God" instead of "universe" or "spirit," for example.
If you do not believe in a higher power at all, just imagine it is my soothing words that does the magic. In the end, it does not matter where you imagine the love & healing coming from. What matters is that you deserve it coming to you.
