Ronja Vieth, PhD

Time and time again, the world showed me that my sensitivity was a personality flaw, that I should harden to the reality of a narcissistic world and "grow a thicker skin."

I refused.

Deep down I always knew that "vulnerability is a superpower." Not a weakness, but strength, courage, connection.

Feeling everything and everybody, however, was overwhelming. People projected onto me and made me their scapegoat; others abused my sensitivity until I learned to set clear boundaries.

It took more time to transform survival into service.

My Story

Like many survivors with Complex PTSD, my life was shaped by emotional abuse and narcissistic dynamics in different forms ranging from family relationships, partnerships, workplaces, and social environments.

Like many survivors, I adapted in order to survive.

Sometimes I chose the uncertainty of leaving over the false safety of staying.

Therefore, I know first-hand the difficulty of healing in an unsafe and unpredictable environment. I know what it means to rebuild while carrying fear, grief, hypervigilance, and exhaustion.

I could only negotiate that balance by learning the concepts I teach now:

-        unconditional self-love & grace

-        empowerment & healthy boundaries

-        vital tools for nervous system regulation

-        reconnection with trust & intuition

The reason I created EnglobeMe is to help women move from surviving to thriving.

My "Why"

On my own journey, I realized something important, though.

To my surprise, many professionals I worked with do not know how to hold space for a person with trauma.

The safe haven necessary for somatic regulation, emotional healing, and secure establishment of boundaries was as elusive as the grail.

My "How"

EnglobeMe now stands for the hug of comfort & soothing that we so desperately need: it stands for coming home to yourself as part of this world.

Emotional abuse affects us on all levels; that is why embracing yourself needs to occur on all, the mental, emotional, spiritual, and somatic levels.

That is why my work integrates multiple approaches, allowing each woman to receive the support that best meets her where she is.

My work may include:

  • trauma-informed coaching,

  • somatic healing,

  • nervous system regulation,

  • energy healing,

  • and spiritual approaches for women who resonate with them.

My Training

As a certified healer with a background in academia, my approach is grounded in scientific research and executed with spiritual alignment. I have trained extensively in trauma therapy and energy healing modalities:

  • Reiki Master training,

  • Akashic Field Therapy™,

  • Quantum Touch TM,

  • advanced energy healing approaches,

  • somatic practices,

  • and trauma recovery methodologies.

My Invitation

I continue to integrate emerging research in trauma, epigenetics, nervous system regulation, and consciousness studies into my work, while being guided by impeccable intuition and conscientious spiritual alignment.

If you've spent years questioning yourself, walking on eggshells, or feeling disconnected from who you used to be or know you could be, I want you to know that healing is possible.

You do not have to navigate this journey alone.

And you do not need to become someone new.

You simply need the safety and support to return to who you have always been beneath survival.

I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
